At Cabinets.deals, we’re committed to offering high-quality Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinetry and closets with flexibility to suit both DIY customers and those who prefer professional help. This policy outlines important terms and guidelines for assembling and installing products purchased from our online store.

1. Product Format & Customer Responsibility

  • Our products are shipped flat-packed (RTA) by default, unless you select Pre-Assembled at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for the proper assembly and installation of all purchased items.
  • Cabinets.deals is not liable for damages or issues resulting from incorrect assembly or improper installation.
  • If you or your installer are unsure about the process, we recommend contacting us prior to starting.

2. Assembly Instructions & Tools

  • Assembly instructions are included in each package or available digitally upon request.
  • Standard tools required may include: screwdriver, drill, rubber mallet, clamps, and level.
  • If you are missing any parts or if instructions are unclear, do not begin assembly—contact us immediately at info@cabinets.deals or 833-387-2888.
  • Improper assembly may void your warranty and disqualify products from return or replacement.

3. Pre-Assembled Orders

  • Customers may choose to have cabinets professionally assembled before delivery.
  • Pre-assembled orders require an additional 7 business days for preparation.
  • Shipping for assembled orders is subject to a flat rate of $699 nationwide.
  • Assembled orders will arrive fully built and require careful handling upon delivery.

5. Assembly/Installation Warranty Disclaimer

  • Any damages that occur during self-assembly or third-party installation are not covered under our warranty policy.
  • Once cabinets or closets have been assembled or installed, they are considered accepted as-is and are no longer eligible for return.
  • We recommend inspecting all parts prior to assembly or installation and contacting us immediately for any missing or damaged components.

6. Additional Notes

  • Please do not assume items like finished plywood panels or trim are packing material — inspect all packaging thoroughly.
  • Trim pieces may arrive in separate packaging.
  • Color variation in wood stains, grain, or finishes is natural and not considered a defect.
