Return & Exchange Policy

Cabinets.deals Return policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not work out as planned. If you're unsatisfied with your order, Cabinets.deals offers a return option under the following guidelines:

Eligibility & Authorization

  • All returns must be authorized by Cabinets.deals prior to return shipment. To request a return, please email info@cabinets.deals with your:
    • Order number
    • Name and shipping address
    • List of items you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Only products in original, unopened packaging are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Assembled products are not eligible for return.
  • Trim and accessory pieces (including all mouldings, toe kicks, plywood panels, fillers, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • FINAL SALE items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Items showing signs of damage, use, or wear, or returned in non-original packaging will not be credited.

Restocking & Return Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returned items.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping.
  • If your original order received free shipping, the actual shipping costs paid by Cabinets.deals will be deducted from your refund.

Return Processing & Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund—minus applicable fees—within 14 business days.
  • Any returned item deemed unsellable will not receive credit.

Important Notes

  • Do not send returns without authorization—unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Color variation is natural in wood products and finishes. Returns will not be accepted due to stain or grain differences.
  • Cabinets.deals reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
