At Cabinets.deals, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping process for all customers. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how shipping works for our RTA and assembled cabinet orders.

Order Lead Time

  • All in-stock orders will follow a standard lead time of up to 21 business days, plus freight transit time.
  • This timeline may be extended due to backordered items or any revisions made to the original order by the customer.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • We strongly recommend that buyers do not schedule installation until the product has been received and inspected.

Shipping Rates

We offer nationwide shipping within the contiguous United States at a flat rate:

  • RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) Orders: $399 flat rate
  • Assembled Orders: $699 flat rate
  • Assembly Service Fee: $20 per cabinet box, regardless of size or type

Free shipping promotions may be offered during special campaigns. Current shipping rates apply unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Free Shipping Eligibility

  • We currently do not offer free shipping by default.
  • If free shipping promotions are available, terms and eligibility will be stated clearly during checkout.

Upon Delivery – What You Must Do

When your order arrives, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect the shipment immediately while the driver is present.

2. Take photos of the pallets and packaging, even if no visible damage is present. These are for your records and in case of a future claim.

3. Check for missing items, visible damage, or shortages.

  • Note all issues on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Do not refuse the delivery – refused shipments will be subject to round-trip freight charges.

4. Be aware that some items, like plywood panels or skins, may be packed under the pallet or at the bottom.

5. Trim or moulding may arrive in a separate, clearly marked box. Make sure to sign for both pallets and loose pieces.

Freight Claims for Damaged or Missing Items

If you notice any of the following, please submit a damage or missing item claim within 7 days of receiving the order:

  • Report visible damage immediately on the delivery receipt.
  • Do not install or assemble damaged items — doing so voids your eligibility for replacements.
