Shipping Policy – Cabinets.deals

At Cabinets.deals, we are committed to a fast, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for every order. Please review the following policy to understand how our shipping process works.

Order Lead Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Assembly orders will require an additional 7 business days before shipping.
  • If any item is on backorder, we will notify you within 1 business day of order placement and provide options or lead time updates.
  • Freight transit time typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

We recommend waiting until you have received and inspected your order before scheduling any installation services.

Shipping Rates

We offer nationwide shipping across the contiguous United States with flat rates:

  • RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) Orders: $399 flat shipping rate
  • Assembled Orders: $699 flat shipping rate
  • Assembly Service: $20 per cabinet box, regardless of size or cabinet type

Free Shipping

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Any promotional free shipping offer will be clearly noted during special campaigns or checkout.

Delivery Instructions – What To Do Upon Delivery

Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives:

1. Inspect all packages immediately while the carrier is present.

2. Take clear photos of the pallets and boxes—even if there is no visible damage—for your records.

3. If there are any damages, missing items, or shortages, you must:

  • Note all issues on the delivery receipt.
  • Do not refuse the shipment—refused deliveries are subject to return freight charges.

4. Check beneath the pallet or wrapping for plywood panels or skins—they are often packed at the bottom for protection.

5. Trim and moulding may be shipped separately in a labeled box. Ensure you sign for pallet and loose piece count.

Claims for Damaged or Missing Items

If anything is damaged or missing, please file a claim within 7 days of delivery:

  • Do not assemble or install damaged products—doing so voids eligibility for a replacement.

  • Email your claim to info@cabinets.deals with:

    • Subject Line: "CLAIM – [Your Order Number]"
    • Order number, buyer’s name, and shipping address
    • Photos of the damage or missing items
    • Packing slip and delivery receipt

We will respond within 48 business hours and process replacements within up to 10 business days, depending on availability.

Concealed Damage

Any hidden (concealed) damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If the product has been installed or assembled, no claims can be accepted.

Important Notes

  • The carrier confirms the order was in good condition at pickup.
  • By signing a clean delivery receipt, you acknowledge that all items were received in good condition.
  • Claims without notations on the delivery receipt may be denied.
  • Cabinets.deals is not liable for damage reported after the delivery receipt has been signed clear.
