At Cabinets.deals, we’re committed to providing a smooth and secure online shopping experience. The following payment policy outlines the terms for all purchases made through our website.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure online payment through:

  • Major Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • ACH Bank Transfers (for large or commercial orders — available upon request)
  • Certified Bank Checks (must be cleared before order fulfillment — available for custom or bulk orders only)

Note: We do not accept personal checks, cash, or COD (Cash on Delivery) for online orders.

Payment Terms for Online Orders

  • Full payment is required at checkout to complete any online purchase.
  • Orders will not be processed, prepared, or shipped until the payment is successfully submitted and confirmed.
  • If your order includes assembly service, the total payment must include:
    • $20 per cabinet box for assembly
    • A flat-rate assembly shipping fee of $699 (nationwide)
  • For flat pack/unassembled orders, a flat shipping rate of $399 applies nationwide.

Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through industry-standard encrypted payment gateways to protect your financial information. Cabinets.deals does not store any credit card data on our servers.

Order Changes & Additional Charges

  • After checkout, any change to your order may result in price adjustments or delays.
  • Customers will be invoiced separately for any additional charges due to modifications, and payment must be completed before the order continues to fulfillment.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

  • Cabinets.deals reserves the right to request identity verification for high-value or flagged orders to prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Orders requiring verification may be temporarily held until necessary documentation is received and approved.

Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment is declined at checkout, please verify your billing details or contact your bank.
  • Multiple failed attempts may result in your order being automatically canceled by our system.

Refunds for Canceled Online Orders

  • Orders canceled before shipping may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the status of fulfillment.
  • Orders canceled after shipping are subject to our Return Policy, and will incur a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Order Confirmation & Invoice

  • A digital order confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • For a formal invoice or quote for ACH or large orders, please contact our team before completing your purchase online.
